Kevin is a graduate of NC State in Electrical Engineering and has been leading organizations to success since the early 90s. Kevin is a strategic leader with a history of achieving sustained, profitable growth by providing clear visions with by-in. He believes in empowering employees, developing and maintaining trusted client relationships, and identifying and implementing solutions with operational rigor to product positive outcomes. His leadership has grown smaller companies into larger corporations. He has a strong background in process, design, and leadership. He has worked for large organizations such as GE, DuPont, Westinghouse, and many others and uses his unique experience to build long lasting relationships and partnerships. He enjoys time with his wife Rhonda and children and is on a lifelong journey of learning what God has in store for him next through a deep relationship with His Word.

Joel is an Electrical Engineering Tech graduate from Fairmont State University in the beautiful state of West Virginia.  He started out in the field while working his way into more responsible roles. Joel has also worked for small and large companies such as Colgate-Palmolive and Calgon Carbon. He takes the good in each company to help build the next company he encounters. He has extensive experience in design, discrete manufacturing, and leadership and looks forward to new relationships in this life. He enjoys time with Marci, his wife of 30+ years, and with his children. God, family, and work are his priorities and he is on a life long adventure of knowing God in every aspect of life.
